Sedum tetractinum, Chinese Stonecrop

Forming an expanding mat of glossy, overlapping, rounded succulent leaves with spikes of bright yellow starry flowers in summer, it will find crack or crevice, and grow in sun or even dry part shade. It is a wonderful, low-growing ground cover that can tolerate gritty, shallow soil. It also works well planted in rocky crevices and around stepping stones.
